WARRANTY & FREIGHT POLICY

LIMITED LIFETIME WARRANTY, ONE YEAR PARTS

Warranty

Saint James Lighting, LLC manufactured products are warranted to be free from defective materials and workmanship. Under approved installation and normal operating conditions all copper materials carry a limited lifetime warranty. Altering or removing any parts during installation automatically voids warranty. Component parts; burners, gas valves, automatic ignition systems, automatic shut- off valves, steel mounting brackets, electric sockets, and powder coated finishes all carry a one year warranty from the date of invoice from defective material and workmanship. Glass panes are not covered under this warranty. Saint James Lighting reserves the right to determine if a part or light is defective and whether to repair or replace at our factory any defective part(s), to the original purchaser. This warranty does not include shipping charges, removal or reinstallation costs incurred in returning the item to Saint James Lighting unless prior written approval is granted by Saint James Lighting.

All of our lights are handmade of the highest quality materials, utilizing 16, 20 and 32 ounce copper, solid brass burners and valves, U.L. certified electrical components. The lanterns are made by hand giving a tendency for there to be variances in sizing and patina color. These are normal when dealing with a hand crafted product. Therefore, all patina finishes are not covered under Saint James Lighting's warranty.

Damage incurred in transit or from handling is excluded from the terms of this warranty. Please note our Damaged Goods Policy.

This warranty is in lieu of all other warranties, expressed or implied. We further reserve the right to refuse to honor the above warranty, for any product(s) altered, improperly installed or installed in applications for which not intended. Please note our installation instructions prior to installing your new copper light.
